How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your package, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can easily track your order on our website by clicking the Track Your Order
To start a return
Contact us at support@isterilize.store If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns are paid for by the customer.
When will i see my refund on my account?
Your refunds will be released as soon as we have processed your return. The amount will be refunded to the account or card that was used for the purchase. Please note that credit card refunds may take longer to process. We try to process everything as quickly as possible, but individual banks may take longer to process refunds.
